3.Return Policy |
To achieve customers' satisfaction is always our constant pursuit. Now Bestshoes-shop.com consider returns are necessary under certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by Bestshoes-shop.com within Three(3) business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsbile for shipping costs both ways unless Bestshoes-shop.com is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
